Daryl Johnson, CEO
Daryl Johnson grew up on a cattle ranch about 40 miles north of Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, and started his career at MCI, then a major telecommunications company, as a member of its web development team. He has also worked as Senior Engineer and Manager at Arthur Anderson Business Consulting’s advanced technology integration practice, and at global business technology risk consulting firm Protiviti. Daryl caught the marketing bug during his six years sourcing global products as Vice President of Operations and IT at RMS, a large incentive marketing company. He founded Frontier Marketing in 2009 and has been helping companies and healthcare professionals improve their sales ever since. Daryl loves the outdoors and goes fishing or hunting whenever he gets the chance. He is active in his local church and lives in Flower Mound with his wife and four children.
Charlie Chance, Director of Paid Search
Charlie manages the Paid Search team at Frontier. He has over 19 years of experience including serving as Director of Online/Digital Media with Cox Media Group Digital where he led a 40-person advertising sales staff. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is Google AdWords certified in search, display, mobile, and YouTube video advertising. He’s also an avid downhill skier and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Pamela Glynn, Operations Manager
Originally from California, Pamela’s career began in the “wild west” of Silicon Valley, where she earned her stripes in both startup and public companies, devising comprehensive marketing solutions for hardware, software, and services through a variety of sales and distribution models. As the Director of Marketing for ComputerLand’s national headquarters, Pamela helped solidify the marketing programs for technology vendors through a network of 200 retailers. In her role of Senior Director of Marketing for ADP, Pamela led a team that contributed to unprecedented market penetration.
Upon starting a family and relocating to Texas, Pamela turned her talents and passion to the non-profit sector. She has led development teams that have contributed to bottom-line growth though sound sales techniques, creative sponsorship programs, and excellent communications. She most recently served as the executive director of a large youth sports organization, where she focused on streamlining business operations and increasing productivity to enable the organization to grow from $750,000 to $2 million over 5 years, more than doubling the number of youth served.
In her spare time, Pamela loves to read, write, cook, hike, golf, tend her bees, and visit her adult children. She lives in Flower Mound, TX with her husband, dog, cat, & a rotating cast of houseguests.
Courtney Stewart, Director of Content
Courtney is an Austin native, now living in North Texas. She is deeply passionate about project management, particularly in SEO. With a strong focus on overcoming challenges, Courtney brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Frontier Marketing. Courtney has directed content development and strategy, alongside managing SEO campaigns, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex tasks effectively. Her background includes roles in digital marketing, brand management, and special projects, where she honed her skills in optimizing online presence and managing diverse operations. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, experimenting with new recipes, diving into captivating books, and obsessing over her plant collection.
